Knock down the active fire front
Delivered from the air by helicopter (bucket or belly tank) or drone, MAM is dropped straight onto the fire front. Diluted at 1-6% it forms a stable AFFF-type foam blanket and a strongly wetting solution: the foam seals the fuel surface and cuts off air while its anti-catalytic action interrupts the combustion chain and draws away heat - suppressing the fire and resisting burn-back and re-ignition.
Lay a fire boundary before the flames arrive
Ahead of the fire, MAM is laid down as a containment line. The wetting agent penetrates deep into grass, brush and forest litter and the foam coats the fuel, so the fire front reaches a boundary it cannot cross - stopping the spread in its tracks and buying crews the time and safety margin to work. Repeat drops extend and reinforce the line along the fire's path.
Built for aerial firefighting
One-component and permanently ready to use, MAM needs no field mixing and loads straight into existing buckets, belly tanks and high-pressure systems. It is non-toxic and meets EU perfluorinated-compound limits, its strong wetting action reaches fuels that water runs off, and a 5-year sealed shelf life makes it easy to stockpile for fire season. Beyond vegetation (Class A) it also covers fuel and flammable-liquid fires (Class B) and lithium-ion - so vehicles, equipment and fuel stores caught in a wildfire are protected too.
